The former Buffalo Color Factory in the heart of Buffalo produced dies for the textile industry until it was closed and abandoned. The owner tore down the surrounding industrial complex that had been built around this historic building to reveal an absolute gem. The large window openings had been infilled with brick which was removed to make way for the new two-story windows designed to replicate the original style. Also a new second floor was added by installing steel trusses and a rooftop patio perfect for events and gatherings.
